Bossard began her career in the commercial seafood industry at the age of 1999, after she began working aboard the F/V Sunset 65' halibut-schooner, which has become a salmon tender for Murat Aritan, a commercial fisherman since 1993. Bossard got married to Aritan in 1999. The pair have come together in fighting for their company. They're both supporters of conservatism and sustainable renewable resource management. Otolith was founded by Philadelphia by Bella Bossard and is currently mom to two boys aged 3 and 1, Bossard. She and her husband are separated by 5 months plus more to allow her to be focused on her goals in terms of finances and the environment.
